Ms. Paula Renee Washington, Founder and CEO of Face2Face Solutions, Inc., provides consulting, training, coaching and speaking services. Ms. Washington designs customized productivity systems to align with your corporate vision. With over 20 years' experience, her background includes infrastructure reorganization and capacity building with major Fortune 500 companies (IBM; Mobil Oil; Phillip Morris; McKinnesy & Company) consulting environments, and church administrations.

Paula has delivered seminars and workshops to corporations, educational institutions, and community-related organizations in the fields of leadership, staff development, human resources, marketing, entrepreneurship, ministry development and technology.

A sought after speaker, author and entrepreneur, she often keynotes and conducts workshops at national-international conferences and corporate meetings. Through her leadership Face2Face was awarded contracts in Johannesburg, So Africa and West Liberia 2008-09. Education includes: Certification in Entrepreneurship, Yale University School of Management; Graduate of JW Fanning Leadership Institute, Georgia State University, and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mercy College in New York.
